Returns

• You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• To start a return, contact us first with your order details.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
• Refunds are made via the same payment method used during purchase.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or damaged on arrival).

Exchanges

• Need a different pair? No problem! Just return your item, and we’ll help you get the right one.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made glasses cannot be returned.
• Items that show signs of use or damage (not due to shipping) won’t be accepted.
